Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and flexible. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Scheduled sessions (e.g., consultations, language practice, interpreting):
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be given for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Digital services (e.g., translations, voice replies):
Refunds are only available if the service has not yet been delivered. Once the file or recording is sent, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.

Emergency or on-demand services:
These are non-refundable once the session has begun or if confirmed with short notice (less than 2 hours).

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us by email within 5 days of your purchase.

Session Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Pacific’SNewbies services are booked via a Microsoft Forms link. No payment is collected through this website.

Users may cancel or reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. If a user does not show up at the agreed time and no rescheduling is requested, the session may be considered forfeited.

As no payments are processed through this website, the refund policy only applies if payment has been made through another channel (e.g., bank transfer or confirmation email).
